Work Order History
The Work Order History List shows all work orders that are tied to an asset. The list includes open and closed work orders, with recent work orders showing at the top. The list is displayed in descending order by Target Date or Requested Date, depending on your organization's configuration.
Each displayed row includes the following:
-
Icon: An icon that provides a quick indication of whether or not the work order has been assigned, and whether or not it is a Preventive Maintenance (PM) work order. Work orders that are assigned have a person overlay. PM-generated work orders display with an orange check mark.
-
Work Order Information: Each displayed work order displays the Work Order ID on the first row, along with the Target or Requested Date, depending on your organization's configuration.
The second row displays the work order's current status and the date that status was recorded.
The third line displays part or all of the work order reason/description.
-
Expanding Section: To the right of the date is an expanding section to access additional information on the work order. Opening the expanding section expands the row so that you can see the complete work order reason. Additional data may also display on the expanding section, depending on your organization's configuration.
This feature gives you a quick method to view additional data that cannot fit on the original row without having to open the work order. Select the Up Arrow button to close the expanded view.
To open a work order, select it. The Work Order Summary page for the chosen work order displays.
